Doctor Noize has the greatest gig in the world. Initially discovered by Phineas and The International Band Of Misunderstood Geniuses when he was a struggling — and, frankly, quite boring — children’s musician, he quickly learned from his new mentors how to entertain, educate and inspire an audience. He can hardly even remember his life before he joined the Band — he was simply a different person.

In fact, Doctor Noize did such a good job studying and mastering the musical traits of his master teacher, Phineas McBoof, that he frequently finds himself in charge of the Band when Phineas leaves on one of his flights of fancy. Due to this leadership ability, the Doc — despite being the only human member of the Band — has become a key member of the world’s greatest band.

Like his mentor Phineas McBoof, Doctor Noize is an acclaimed multi-instrumentalist. In addition to his voice — which sounds shockingly similar to Phineas’ voice — the Doc plays keyboards, guitars, saxophone, percussion, bass, kazoo, and really pretty much anything he can get his hands on.
